Important Shipping & Delivery Information

Made-to-Order & Custom Sizes
All ShinyGal items are handmade to order. For custom size orders, please provide accurate measurements to ensure the best fit. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified without incurring additional costs.

Carrier Delays & Lost Packages
We ship all orders promptly, but carriers may occasionally experience delays or misplace packages, especially during peak seasons. If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

Reshipments
In rare cases of verified delivery issues or lost packages, we may reship your item at our discretion. Standard shipping is used for replacements. Customers requesting expedited shipping (e.g., DHL) for reshipments may be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Responsibility & Risk
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to the recipient. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Peak Seasons & Holiday Orders
During holidays or busy seasons, production and shipping may take longer than usual. To ensure timely delivery, please place your order early.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Shipments
Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. ShinyGal is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to address issues, we can reship it once received, but additional shipping fees may apply.

Shipping times listed on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to holidays, peak seasons, customs, weather, or carrier-related issues. We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date. If your order is needed for a special event, please contact us in advance for guidance based on current production and shipping conditions.
