At ShinyGal, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 7-25 business days from the date that it is placed.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.

Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
PROCESSING

As most of our clothings are handmade, It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.
SHIPPING
ATTNETION: We don't accept rush orders! If you need the item by a particular date, PLEASE contact us before ordering so we will let you know if we can make it or not! We are not responsible for any shipping delays as we have no control over shipping time.
Shipment takes approximately 5 to 25 business days to reach destination countries.
DELIVERY
Postal deliveries: If you haven’t received your package based on the above estimates. Please kindly contact with us.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Shipments
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. ShinyGal is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or insufficient address details provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will only be able to arrange reshipment after the item has been returned and received by us. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the order.

While we always select reliable shipping carriers, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to holidays, peak seasons, customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.
We are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date. If you require the dress for a particular event or deadline, please contact us via email or online chat before placing your order. Our team will provide professional advice based on current production and shipping conditions.
